The Ultimate High-Performance Mini Servo

Introducing the EcoPower WP173 Aluminum Digital Micro Servo, a high-voltage servo designed for use with 1/16 and 1/18 scale models like Traxxas, Axial, Losi, and all of the Arrma Grom 1/18 platforms. This servo is also compatible with the Traxxas TRX-4M when equipped with the EcoPower CNC-Machined Aluminum Servo Mount (ECP-3072) available separately. Engineered for durability and precision, this servo is equipped with high strength, high voltage, high torque, and high-speed capabilities. Its robust design features a full metal gear ball bearing, waterproof construction, and an aluminum case, making it a reliable choice for a wide range of demanding applications.

About the WP173 Servo

High Performance

The WP173 servo offers exceptional performance with high torque and high-speed operation. At 6 volts, it delivers an operating speed of 0.09 seconds per 60, while at 8.4 volts, the speed increases to an impressive 0.07 seconds per 60. This rapid response time ensures precise control, making it ideal for competitive racing or complex maneuvers. With dynamic torque ranging from 123 ounces per inch at 6 volts to 173 ounces per inch at 8.4 volts, this servo is more than capable of handling the toughest tasks.

Durable Construction

Built to last, the WP173 features full metal gear ball bearings and a waterproof aluminum case, ensuring it can withstand harsh environments and heavy use. The all-metal gear train provides the strength needed to resist wear and tear, while the waterproof design protects the servo’s internal components from moisture and dust. The addition of an aluminum servo horn further enhances its durability and reliability.

Wide Compatibility

Designed for versatility, the WP173 operates within a wide voltage range of 6 to 8.4 volts, making it compatible with a variety of RC models. Its twenty-five-tooth, five-millimeter diameter output shaft is standard, allowing for easy integration with most setups. Whether you’re upgrading an existing model or starting to build one, this servo is an excellent choice for those requiring high performance in a compact size.

Specifications:

*Tech Note: While this servo is compatible with most 1/18 and 1/16 scale vehicles, when using it for the Traxxas TRX-4M 1/18 platforms, the EcoPower CNC-Machined Aluminum Servo Mount (ECP-3072) must be equipped for a precise fit on these specific models.

**Tech Note: Do not exceed 8.4 volts as it may damage the servo.

***Tech Note: Although this servo is waterproof, submerging it under water for longer periods may degrade and decay the seal points.
